Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken, Cut into medium size pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 pinch celery salt
- ½ tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tbsp garlic salt
- salt to taste
- 3 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Take a mixing pot, add breadcrumbs, paprika, black pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, dried oregano, and salt.
- Transfer this mixture into a plastic bag or container. Place the chicken in it. Close the bag or container and shake well to make a coat on the chicken pieces.
- Take a baking dish and grease it with melted butter or olive oil. Lined the seasoned chicken on it, spray melted butter or oil over the chicken.
- Preheat an oven at 360 °F, place the baking dish in it. Bake 20minutes then flip the chicken pieces and bake another 20 minutes or until run clear the juices.
- Transfer the baked chicken on a plate wait to cool down at room temperature then serve.
Notes
Don’t over bake the chicken, then it will be tasteless.
