Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound tangerines to make about 11 1/2 ounces of puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups almond meal or almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Wash the tangerine and put them in a pan for boiling. Add enough water for boiling. Boil them for 15 minutes.
  • Now peel off all the tangerines and discard all the seeds from them. Place them in a food processor to make puree.
  • Refrigerate the puree about 24 hours, when it is ready.
