Oven grilled red snapper is supposed to be tasty, juicy, and moist and the flavor or aroma coming out from it is mouth watering. Believe me, this red snapper recipe is amazing.
Wash the fresh red snapper, clean it properly and pat it dry using a kitchen towel.
Using a sharp knife, make slits across its body on both sides.
Add butter, minced garlic, red chili pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun Seasoning, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well so that everything is well incorporated.
Using your hands, rub the butter mixture in the red snapper and over it generously. Make sure you spread the mixture evenly to get maximum flavor.
Place fresh rosemary sprigs in the red snapper cavity.
Place the red snapper over an aluminum foil lined with a baking sheet and drizzle white wine over it.
Cover the fish with the aluminum foil tightly. Poke a few holes in the aluminum foil for well cooking.
Place the aluminum foil over a baking tray in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the time is up, take the baking tray out of the oven and peek to see if the fish is cooked. If not, give it a few more minutes in the oven.
Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy!
