tangerines to make about 11 1/2 ounces of puree

almond meal or almond flour

baking powder

confectioner’s sugar for dusting
Instructions
Wash the tangerine and put them in a pan for boiling. Add enough water for boiling. Boil them for 15 minutes.
Now peel off all the tangerines and discard all the seeds from them. Place them in a food processor to make puree.
Refrigerate the puree about 24 hours, when it is ready.
