Butter Blueberry Toast Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Frying pan or toaster
Ingredients
- 2 slice whole bread
- 1 tsp butter, unsalted
- 2 tsp almond or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp granola
- fresh blueberry, to taste
- some pumpkin seeds
- a pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Place a frying pan on medium heat. Add about ¼ tsp butter.
- Once the butter melts, place a whole wheat bread slice and toast it.
- Once it is toasted, flip the slice and add ¼ tsp butter to toast the other side.
- Once done, take the slice out and repeat the same with the other slice.
- Spread almond butter onto the toast and spread blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and Enjoy!

- For toasting the bread you can use a toaster also.
- For extra flavor, you could add some other fruits like strawberry, coconut chips, etc.
